Southern Wells senior Darin Fiechter talks about qualifying for the Indiana Individual Wrestling State Finals with News-Banner Sports Editor Paul Beitler.
On Saturday Fiechter placed 4th to insure a berth in the 130-pound weight division. His older brother, Vince, preceded him as a state qualifier in 2003. Vince finished 4th in the 125-pound class for a state medallion.
Last year, Bluffton's Matthew Gerber, who is a cousin, finished 8th for a medal.
