Mountain Storm Martial Arts Instructor Fred Chiappetta awarded student Dave Larsen the 2010 Virgil Bowels Award for his excellent student and instructor values and his personification of the true spirit of Judo.Virgil Bowels was a long time teacher, leader and representative of Indiana Judo. He died this past year.
