People age 50 and older are invited to the monthly Senior Monday
Carry-in Luncheon on July 1 at noon at Salamonie Interpretive Center in
Lost Bridge West State Recreation Area, Andrews.
After the meal, Jeannie Regan-Dinius, director of special initiatives for the DNR Division of Historic Preservation & Archaeology, will discuss cemetery preservation in Indiana.
Attendees should bring their table service, a prepared dish to share and $1 donation to help defray costs of the provided main dish. Hot dogs will grilled in honor of National Hot Dog Month.
Advance registration is required.
The interpretive center is off State Road 105 in western Huntington County.
The standard gate fee of $5 per in-state vehicle or $7 per out-of-state vehicle is in effect.
