Heckard signs with Bethel College

Sam Heckard, a 2010 graduate of South Adams, signed his letter of intent to run cross country and track for Bethel College during a ceremony at the high school Monday afternoon. Heckard is a four-year letter winner in both cross country and track, and helped the Starfires to two ACAC championships during his high school cross country career. He earned second team All-ACAC honors twice in cross country, and was also an Academic All-ACAC selection in both track and cross country....
